Looking for an alternative to Steve AI?
Steve AI is an AI tool that makes animated and avatar videos from text. If you are comparing tools for short videos, here is what Clip-Short does, in facts you can check before you sign up.
What Clip-Short does
- Turns one written idea into a finished short video: the script, the visuals, a narration and animated captions.
- Narrates in 20 languages, including Spanish, Portuguese and Egyptian Arabic, and the whole site speaks English, Spanish, Portuguese and Arabic.
- Keeps every scene editable: rewrite the narration, swap or regenerate an image, upload your own, change the voice.
- Cuts long videos into short clips with captions, adds captions to any video, and reframes wide videos to 9:16.
- Exports in 9:16, 1:1, 4:5 or 16:9, in Full HD.
What it costs
A free plan with one AI video a month (with a small watermark). Pro is US$15 a month, or US$100 a year, for 10 AI videos and 5 hours of video processing a month, without a watermark.
Free, without an account
A YouTube monetization checker that reads your channel the way a reviewer would, a script length calculator, and generators for video ideas, hooks, scripts, horror stories and titles.
When to stay with Steve AI
If Steve AI already makes the videos you want, switching costs you time. The fair test is the same idea in both: your first Clip-Short video is free.
