Turn a podcast episode into clips
worth sharing
Paste an episode from YouTube or upload the file. The AI finds the strongest moments, cuts each into a vertical clip with animated captions, and keeps the speaker in frame. You trim, fix words and cut pauses before you export.

How it works
- 1
Add the episode
Paste the YouTube link or upload the video file in AI Clipping. Long episodes are read in parts, so the whole episode is looked at.
- 2
Say how many clips, and what to look for
Choose how many clips you want. You can add a line like "the moments about money" and the AI looks for those first.
- 3
Edit, then export
Each clip comes with a score and the reason it was picked. Trim it, fix a word in the transcript, cut the pauses, then export it for TikTok, Reels or Shorts.
What you get from one episode
The best moments, with a reason
Each clip has a score and a short note on why it was picked, so you can judge it in seconds instead of watching the whole episode again.
Captions with a colour for each speaker
When two people talk, the captions can colour each speaker and you can give each one a name. Fix any word by clicking it in the transcript.
Pauses and ums cut out
One switch shortens the long pauses and cuts the filler sounds, so the clip moves. Picture, sound and captions are cut together, and any cut can be put back.
A hook on the first seconds
The AI can write a short hook title for the start of a clip from what is said in it. Edit it, or write your own.
Good to know
- AI Clipping needs spoken words in the video. It works on a YouTube link or a video file you upload.
- Speaker colours show when more than one person speaks enough in the clip. A guest who says one sentence may not get a colour.
- Use episodes you made, or have permission to use. Clip-Short does not check who owns a video.
- Free to try. The free plan includes 60 minutes of video processing a month and puts a small watermark on exports. Paid plans have more minutes and no watermark.
Questions about podcast clips
Can I make clips from a podcast episode?
Yes. Paste the episode's YouTube link or upload the video file in AI Clipping. It finds the strongest moments and cuts each into a vertical clip with captions.
Does it work with two or more speakers?
Yes. The captions can use a colour for each speaker, and you can name them. The crop follows the speaker who is talking.
Can I choose the moments myself?
Yes. Tell the AI what to look for, ask for more clips, or trim any clip by hand. You can also fix the words in the transcript.
Can I remove the ums and the long pauses?
Yes. Switch on cleanup in a clip and the long pauses and filler sounds are cut. Cuts show in the transcript and you can put any of them back.
What formats can I export?
Vertical 9:16 for TikTok, Reels and Shorts. You can also choose 1:1, 4:5 or 16:9 for a clip.
Is it free?
Yes, to try. The free plan includes 60 minutes of video processing a month and adds a small watermark. A paid plan removes the watermark and gives more minutes.
