What is a Saudi Arabic AI video generator?
A Saudi Arabic AI video generator turns a written idea into a finished short video whose script is in Saudi colloquial Arabic, with an Arabic narrator and Arabic captions. You record nothing: the AI writes, draws, narrates and captions, and you check every scene before you post it.
On Clip-Short, Arabic narration follows your idea: the dialect it names or is written in (Saudi, Emirati, Kuwaiti, Qatari, Bahraini, Omani, Egyptian, Levantine, Moroccan and others), or plain فصحى when you ask for it. Name the dialect in the idea and the script is written in it.

How to make an AI video in Saudi Arabic
- 1
Write your idea and name the dialect
Add "باللهجة السعودية" or "in Saudi dialect" to your idea, or another dialect named the same way ("in Emirati dialect", "باللهجة الكويتية"). Pick Arabic as the narration language.
- 2
Pick a voice and a look
Choose one of 23 voices, one of 25 picture styles and the length: up to 3 minutes with a pack, up to 10 with Pro.
- 3
Check, fix, export
Read the script, change a sentence or a picture, fix a caption word, then export a 9:16 video and post it yourself.
What you get in Gulf Arabic
The script in your dialect
Write "in Saudi dialect", "in Emirati dialect", "in Kuwaiti dialect" or "in Gulf dialect" (or باللهجة and the name: باللهجة القطرية, باللهجة البحرينية, باللهجة العمانية) and every scene is written in that dialect. A bare "Saudi" or "Gulf" is not read as a request. The narrator is asked for a natural native accent of that dialect: listen before you export.
Arabic captions, right to left
Animated captions follow the narration word by word. Fix a word and the caption changes.
Made for Snapchat and TikTok
Export in 9:16 for Snapchat Spotlight, TikTok, Reels and Shorts, or in 1:1, 4:5 and 16:9. You download the file and post it yourself.
فصحى when you want it
Write "بالفصحى" in the idea for plain spoken Modern Standard Arabic. An idea written in English or in formal Arabic is narrated in plain فصحى too.
The Gulf Arabic facts, plainly
- The dialect you name in the idea is the script's dialect. Without a name, an idea with Gulf words such as ايش, أبغى, وايد, تبي or سالفتها is written in Gulf Arabic, and one in another colloquial dialect follows it; when its dialect cannot be told, Egyptian is used. Many Gulf words are not recognised yet: an idea with no recognised colloquial word is narrated in plain فصحى, so name the dialect.
- Plain فصحى when you ask for it ("بالفصحى"), and for an idea written in English or in formal Arabic.
- All 23 narrator voices speak Arabic. The narrator is asked for a natural native accent of the script's dialect.
- A pack of 3 Pro videos costs US$5.99, paid once. Pro is US$19 a month or US$190 a year per bundle. In Saudi Arabia and the UAE you pay in US dollars.
- Translating a finished video into Arabic, and dubbing a clip into Arabic, write Egyptian Arabic only. For Saudi or Gulf narration, make the video in Arabic from the start.

Questions about AI videos in Saudi and Gulf Arabic
Can it narrate in Saudi Arabic?
Yes. Write "باللهجة السعودية" or "in Saudi dialect" in your idea and pick Arabic as the narration language. Every scene of the script is written in Saudi colloquial Arabic, and the narrator is asked for a natural native accent of it. Listen before you export.
Can I get Emirati, Kuwaiti, Qatari, Bahraini or Omani Arabic?
Yes. Name it in the idea: "باللهجة الإماراتية", "باللهجة الكويتية", "باللهجة القطرية", "باللهجة البحرينية" or "باللهجة العمانية". For Gulf Arabic in general, write "باللهجة الخليجية" or "in Gulf dialect".
What if I write in Gulf words and name no dialect?
An idea with Gulf words such as ايش, أبغى, وايد, تبي or سالفتها is written in Gulf Arabic. An idea written in another colloquial dialect follows it; when its dialect cannot be told, Egyptian is used. Many everyday Gulf words are not recognised yet, and an idea with no recognised colloquial word is narrated in plain فصحى. Naming the dialect is the surest way.
Can I get فصحى (Modern Standard Arabic)?
Yes. Write "بالفصحى" in the idea and the script is in plain spoken Modern Standard Arabic: short sentences and common words. If you name a dialect as well, the dialect wins.
I write my ideas in English. Which Arabic do I get?
An idea in English, with no dialect named, is narrated in plain فصحى. Add "in Saudi dialect" or "in Emirati dialect" to the idea and the script is written in that dialect.
Does the narrator sound Saudi?
The narrator is asked for a natural native accent of the dialect the script is written in. Hear the video before you export it; you can pick another of the 23 voices and voice it again.
How much does it cost?
A pack of 3 Pro videos costs US$5.99, paid once, up to 3 minutes each, with no watermark and no subscription. Pro costs US$19 a month or US$190 a year per bundle: 10 AI videos and 5 hours of processing a month, videos up to 10 minutes. In Saudi Arabia and the UAE you pay in US dollars and your bank converts the amount.
Is there a free plan?
Yes: 60 minutes a month of AI Clipping, Auto Caption and Reframe, with a small watermark and no card. It makes no AI videos: those start with the pack.
Does it work for Snapchat, TikTok, Reels and Shorts?
Yes. Videos export in 9:16, the vertical shape Snapchat Spotlight, TikTok, Reels and Shorts use, and also in 1:1, 4:5 and 16:9. You download the file and post it yourself; Clip-Short never posts for you.
Are the captions Arabic, right to left?
Yes. The captions follow the narration word by word and are drawn right to left. You can fix any word and change the style.
Can I translate a video into Saudi Arabic, or dub a clip into it?
No. Translate and Dub write Arabic in Egyptian colloquial only. For Saudi or Gulf narration, make the video in Arabic from the start and name the dialect in the idea.
Can I use my own script?
Yes. Paste your script in your dialect: the lines you wrote are kept word for word, and the AI makes the pictures for each scene.
Can I change the video after it is made?
Yes. The finished video opens in an editor: change a sentence, draw a picture again, pick other music or another caption style, then export again.
Is the site in Arabic?
Yes. The app, the editor and the plans are in Arabic at clip-short.com/ar, laid out right to left. The site's own words are in Egyptian Arabic; your video is in the dialect you choose.
