An example of cleanup in a clip: the struck words are filler sounds and the dashed mark is a pause. Press one to put it back.

How it works

  1. 1

    Add the recording

Paste the YouTube link or upload the video file in AI Clipping. A service of an hour or more is read in parts, so the whole recording is looked at.

  2. 2

Say how many clips, and what to look for

Choose how many clips you want. A line like "the part about forgiveness" tells the AI what to look for first.

  3. 3

    Edit, then export

Each clip has a score and the reason it was picked. Trim it, fix a word, then export it for Reels, TikTok, Shorts or Facebook.

What you get from one service

The strongest moments, with a reason

Each clip has a score and a short note on why it was picked, so you decide in seconds which to share.

Captions you can correct

Names, places and Bible references are easy to get wrong. Tap a word in the transcript and type the right one before you export.

Vertical, with the preacher in frame

Clips are reframed to 9:16 and the crop keeps the speaker in the picture.

Every format

Vertical 9:16 for Reels, TikTok and Shorts, and 1:1, 4:5 or 16:9 for other places.

Good to know

  • AI Clipping needs spoken words. It works on a YouTube link or a video file you upload, and it reads the speech, not songs.
  • Check the captions before you share: names, places and verses are the words most often written wrong.
  • Use services you recorded, or have permission to use, and check that the people on screen agree to be clipped. Clip-Short does not check who owns a video, or the rights to the music.
  • Free to try. The free plan includes 60 minutes of video processing a month and puts a small watermark on exports. Paid plans have more minutes and no watermark.

Questions about sermon clips

Can I make clips from a sermon or a church service?

Yes. Paste the YouTube link or upload the recording in AI Clipping. It finds the strongest moments and cuts each into a vertical clip with captions.

What happens with the songs and the music?

The AI picks moments by what is said, so a sermon works best. Clip-Short does not check the rights to music in a recording: that is for you to check before you post.

Can I fix names, places and verses in the captions?

Yes. Tap the word in the transcript and type the right one. The caption changes and the fix is kept in the exported clip. Read each clip once before you share it.

Can I choose which part of the sermon to clip?

Yes. Write a line such as "the part about forgiveness" when you start and the AI looks for it first. You can also trim any clip by hand.

Does it work with a service streamed on Facebook?

AI Clipping takes a YouTube link or a video file. If the service is on Facebook, download or export the recording and upload the file.

Can I get a title and a description for each clip?

Yes. The Post dialog writes the words for each platform in the clip's language: a YouTube title, description and tags, and TikTok and Instagram captions. You can edit them.

Is it free?

Yes, to try. The free plan includes 60 minutes of video processing a month and adds a small watermark. A paid plan removes the watermark and gives more minutes.

Can I fix the captions?

Yes. Tap a word in the transcript to fix it before you export. You can also download the captions as an SRT, VTT or text file.

What formats can I export?

Vertical 9:16 for TikTok, Reels and Shorts. You can also choose 1:1, 4:5 or 16:9.

How long can the video be?

A long video is read in parts, so the clips come from the whole video and not only the start. The longer the video, the longer the analysis takes.

Can I put a clip in another language?

Yes. Dub says the clip again in English, Spanish, Portuguese or Arabic, with a different voice for each speaker, and puts the captions in the new language.

Does it post the clips for me?

No. You post the clips yourself. On a phone the share sheet sends the file to the app, and you can set a reminder email for the time you want to post.
